Very frequently in the news, especially on television, we can observe huge mining equipment working in opencast pits all over the world. Huge earthmoving machines penetrating the tons of gravel substances to bring to the surface the riches from beneath the level of the ground.
Even though Polish machinery is largely employed in mines, it is not the circumstance that Polish producers have a monopoly on furnishing local mines.

However, we give the choice of equipment parameters to miners. Each machine operating on the outcrop is an investment of several dozen million zlotys for the mine, but once in numerous years. The stipulation of the future is to succeed the miners, in their most hazardous and exhausting work in openpit and subterranean mines, mining machines with AI. These are supposed to be mining machines that listen, see and feel, and therefore self-drilling and self-steering, with minimal human interference. The unconditional demand to increment the security, availability and efficiency of mining machines and instruments employed in extensive and complicated excavating and transport systems of opencast mines reqUEsts remote control of equipment or even the independence of their work. This is specially truthful for those zones of the world where there are obstacles in engaging professionals to work in the opencast mine due to its whereabouts away from human habitation and in a climate that is unfavorable to people.
Recently, opencast mines are the most progressive in the introduction of comprehensive automation, gradually transforming into autonomous work of mining machines.
